Martin Hillery joined Collins Building Services in 2020 as Vice President, General Counsel, where he oversees all aspects of our legal strategy, including corporate governance and compliance, risk management, contract negotiation, and business support. Martin began his legal career working with some reputable law firms in New York City, including DLA Piper. He then advanced into a distinguished 20-year career at a publicly listed Fortune 110 technology company, Arrow Electronics, where he became a senior decision maker as Vice President, Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary. Martin earned both his undergraduate degree in finance and his law degree from St. John’s University.
