ENHANCED CLEANING RESPONSE
In addition to our regular regimen disinfection cleaning, CBS is offering clients a variety of Enhanced Cleaning Procedures (ECP’s).
- Electrostatic spraying for disinfecting enclosed spaces.
- “Every surface” detailed disinfecting of entire facility space.
- Active touchpoint and surface disinfecting to help diminish exposure to COVID-19 pathogens.
- Customized frequency of cleanings, calculated from measured traffic patterns and building occupancy.
- Hospital grade disinfection cleaning for areas that have been subjected to confirmed cases of the virus.
Our teams exclusively use EPA-approved disinfectants that aid in mitigating the spread of the COVID-19 virus. These include Diversey’s Oxivir, Virex, and Alpha-HP.

CBS has trained supplemental janitorial staff standing by to service your commercial, medical, academic, and residential facilities as needed during this difficult time.
ENHANCED EMPLOYEE PROTOCOLS
At CBS, our employees are the heart of our business. We have enacted a variety of CDC-approved safety & training procedures to keep our teams safe while remaining on the job to serve you.
Employees have been provided specific training on safety precautions, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and social distancing guidelines for the workplace.
PROPER PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
All employees are required to wear disposable gloves and masks. Any additional PPE for specialty locations is provided as needed.
UPDATED WORK SCHEDULES
In order to reduce risk to our employees, we have initiated staggered schedules including specialized shifts, customized cleaning routines, and modified break times. The goal is to enact a social distancing program to the greatest degree possible.

Our teams can provide and install hand sanitizer stations, wellness stations, and social distancing signage. Our Operations Team can assist clients in the creation and implementation of a Controlled Access Plan to reorganize and reconHigure the office space and common areas as needed to maintain a safe working environment.
Preventative measures are the best way to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The most impactful of these preventative measures are proper hand washing, wearing a mask, and using disposable gloves.
