CBS Lands Contract for Prestigious New Jackson Park Residential Complex

The fourth quarter of 2017 has been an exciting time for CBS with the award of the janitorial services contract for Tishman Speyer’s prestigious new Jackson Park Residential Complex. Located near our corporate headquarters in Long Island City, the three-tower complex has 1800 residential units as well as a 5-story clubhouse and an expansive private park. CBS will be providing comprehensive janitorial services to the complex. This award further expands our growing residential services portfolio.
