Abraham Padilla currently serves as Director of Risk Management at Collins Building Services (CBS). In this role, he manages safety, green cleaning, and employee training and development while overseeing the company’s risk and liability insurance programs and planning. Recognized for his strategic insights and successful collaborations across departments, Abraham has been a vital part of CBS since 2016, advancing through prominent roles in Operations management. His dedication and expertise led to his promotion to Corporate Manager of Safety and Employee Training and Development in 2023, where he developed impactful programs enhancing organizational compliance and employee training and education. He was promoted to Director of Risk Management in October 2024.
